You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must provide accurate information when submitting inquiries, booking requests, or event bookings.

2. Bookings, Deposits, and Payment

Venue and event bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Remi. Bookings are held only upon receipt of a signed event agreement and any required deposit. Deposits, payment schedules, cancellation windows, rescheduling fees, damage liability, and refund eligibility are set out in your individual event agreement and govern in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

3. Communications and SMS Consent

By submitting a form or providing your phone number, you consent to receive communications from Remi by email, phone, and text message related to your inquiry, booking, or event. For text messages: message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Venue Rules and Guest Conduct

You and your guests agree to comply with all venue rules, capacity limits, and applicable laws while at Remi. Remi reserves the right to refuse service or remove individuals who violate these rules or behave in a manner that threatens the safety of staff, guests, or property. The person booking the event is responsible for the conduct of their guests and any damage to the venue caused during the event.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, menus, and branding, is the property of Remi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. User Content

If you submit content (reviews, photos, event details), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our Services and marketing.

7. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Remi Venue La Grange LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

10. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

You are responsible for communicating allergies and dietary restrictions in writing prior to your event. We and our food and beverage partners take reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
