How It Works?

Booking us for your event is easy peasy.

Step 1.

Tour The Space

We’ll walk you through the space and guide you through the details - what’s included, sample floor plans, and why Remi is *THE PLACE* to make magic happen for your event


Step 2.


Lock In Your Date

After your tour, we’ll send over a custom, all-in proposal -no surprises, no guesswork. Once your contract is signed and your deposit is in, your date is officially yours!

We’ll Handle the Rest

On event day, one team handles it all. We;ll be first in, last out, and on-site the entire time so everything runs smoothly and you don’t have to lift a finger.

Design Your Menu

You’ll be invited to a private, one-on-one tasting so you can try the goods firsthand, and hand pick your entire event menu - food, drinks, the whole-shebang. Come hungry! (And thirsty, as it were.)

  • Our sweet spot is about 125 guests, and that includes room for a ceremony and dance floor. However, if you’re looking to host a low-key dinner party with a couple hundred of your bestest friends? We can fit about 175 guests for that.

  • We offer tours by appointment. And they’re easy to set up! When you contact us, we’ll send you a link so you can self-schedule a tour on a date and time that works for you.

  • We have full-day and half-day rental options available. For the standard, full-day rental, we’re giving you the whole day - 14 hours of Remi magic from 10 AM to midnight, with a solid 8 hours of event time. For the half-day rental, you’ll get 6 hours of venue access time, with four hours of event time.

  • At Remi, we’ve partnered with Wooden Paddle Catering & Iteration Catering to produce the culinary components for your event. Led by Director of Culinary Juan Alvarado, these full-service teams will coordinate all the details to produce a stellar event. And our in-house, restaurant-grade kitchen provides all the necessary equipment (and then some!) for either caterer to produce an absolutely mind-bending meal. There are definite perks to going with one of our sister companies (on both sides!) — but if you absolutely-must-can’t-go-without another caterer, you can! Just know that outside caterers will need to meet a few requirements, and an outside catering fee will apply.

  • We are not a BYOB venue. Remi maintains a full liquor license, and the spirits, wine, and beer for your event are purchased from Remi. We have a fancy-schmancy cocktail program - complete with super fresh-pressed juices and housemade syrups - as well a thoughtfully-curated list of beers & wines. Our packages are made to suit a wide berth of tastes and budgets. 

  • We’re a mere 1 block away from a 180-spot public parking lot, as well as a quick 3-minute trist (for the steps!) from another 365-spot public parking garage. There’s fairly plentiful street parking too. Interested in offering valet or a shuttle service? We can help arrange it with a partner vendor! 

  • Yes! We have a fully-private ready room, with outlets for days, a private bathroom, cozy lounge chairs, a getting-ready counter with 5 stools, and so many mirrors you might feel like you wandered into a funhouse.
